What if a parcel is undeliverable and it needs to be returned

We attempt deliveries twice. After the second attempt the intended receiver needs to pick up the parcel from the local branch (a courier will leave a card).

However, if a parcel is undeliverable and it is necessary to return the item then the sender/customer will need to pay for the item to be returned (a charge is made to the customer's account at the rate of the original inbound cost).
