Note: You must be a current New Zealand Couriers customer to join the testing.

1. Log in

Navigate to the New Zealand Couriers' Sender Portal page (click here) and log in using your username and password.

2. Navigate to 'Account'

Go to the 'Account' icon in the upper left corner and click on it, or click here to navigate there directly.

3. Navigate to 'My Account.'

Navigate to 'My Account' at the top of the page and click on it.

4. Updating 'My Personal Details'

Navigate to My Personal details to manage updates for the following details:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Phone Number

Even though the field is visible, you cannot update your email ID in this section for security reasons. Please contact your account manager if you wish to update your email ID or require more information.

5. Updating 'My Password.'

To update your password, navigate to the My Password section. Enter your existing password in the Enter Current Password box and then enter your new password in the Enter New Password box.

When entering the new password, please ensure it has at least one each of the following:

  • 8 characters
  • Upper-Case (capital letters)
  • Lower-Case
  • Number (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.)
  • Special character (Like: !@#$^%)

6. Save your changes

To save your updated details, please navigate your cursor to the Save Changes button on the bottom right side of the page.

Your changes are now updated. You can reconfirm them by refreshing the 'Account'  page or by clicking here.
