Returned home to find you have missed a delivery and the courier has left a card?

Redelivery options

  • Collect from our branch (make sure you bring I.D.)
  • Redelivered to the same address/original delivery address
  • Redirected to a different address (e.g. workplace where someone will be present during the day)
  • Redirected to one of our Delivery Link Partner locations near to you, such as a dairy or service station

For more information about our different redelivery options, take a look at our Redelivery options article.

How to arrange redelivery

  1. Go to our Card Left tool
  2. Enter the 20 digit code into the field ‘Card left code’
  3. Select your desired collection option
    • Collect from Depot
    • Redeliver to same address
    • Redirect to different address

If the screen collapses to show ‘Collect from Depot’ as the selected option with a message saying “Regarding this particular delivery, please phone us” - this means your item has not yet been returned to branch and you cannot request to collect from depot at this moment.

If you prefer to either ‘Redeliver to same address’ or ‘Redirect to different address’, you are able to continue with the process by selecting one of those options.

  1. Enter your details, then click Next
  2. Based on which option you selected, the next step in the process will vary slightly. Follow the relevant process for the option you selected.

If you chose redeliver to same address

  1. Select the day you wish to have your item redelivered.
    • Please note that delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, and there is an additional charge for delivery on a Saturday.
  2. Check the box to agree to give Authority To Leave item without a signature.
This must be given so that delivery is not missed again.
  3. In the space that appears after checking the Authority To Leave box, write instructions for where the item should be left. For example: Leave on the back porch. Entrance is through the gate on the right side of the house.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions and click Next.
  5. You’ll be taken to a final confirmation screen so you can check that your details are correct
    • If any details are incorrect click the blue ‘Back’ button to go back to the form and correct the details.
  6. Click Submit and your request will be sent through to us for processing.
    • If you requested Saturday delivery you will be taken through to a payment portal to pay by credit card.

If you chose redirect to different address

  1. Enter the number and street name of new address that you want to have the parcel delivered to, then select desired address from the list that appears
  2. Enter company name (if it’s being sent to a place of work or company).
  3. Where the company is located at the address (e.g. if it shares a building with other businesses, describe the location such as “unit at rear of building”)
  4. Select which day you wish to have your item redelivered
    • Please note that delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, and there is an additional charge for delivery on a Saturday.
  5. Either confirm someone will be present at the time of redelivery or grant permission to leave the parcel without signature to ensure that delivery is not missed again.
    • If you confirmed someone will be present at time of delivery, please make certain that someone will be present to sign for the parcel.
    • If you chose the permission to leave option, please leave instructions for the delivery driver e.g. leave behind the reception counter.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions and click Next.
  7. You’ll be taken to a final confirmation screen so you can check that your details are correct
    • If any details are incorrect click the blue ‘Back’ button to go back to the form and correct the details.
  8. Click Submit and your request will be sent through to us for processing.
    • If you requested Saturday delivery you will be taken through to a payment portal to pay by credit card.

How to avoid missing deliveries in the future

To avoid missing deliveries in the future we highly recommend either having items sent to an address where someone will be present during the day (e.g. your workplace) or setting up an ongoing Authority To Leave point at your address where deliveries can be safely left.
