Update Wednesday 22nd April > Monday 20th April - Interislander & Bluebridge Ferry Disruptions
WHILE FERRY SAILINGS HAVE RESUMED, A SIGNIFICANT BACKLOG COMBINED WITH LIMITED CAPACITY MEANS DELAYS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
Due to ongoing disruptions, all Interislander and Bluebridge sailings have been cancelled for at least 24 hours from this afternoon.
As a result, Dangerous Goods (DG) and any other 2-Day Inter-Island Road consignments will be delayed.
Delivery times will depend on when ferry sailings re-commence and also backlog and recovery timeframes.

Wednesday 22nd April – ANZAC Day Service Update
With ANZAC Day falling on Saturday 25 April, there will be no standard Saturday deliveries on 25 April for both business and residential addresses. There will also be no Card Left collections on this day.
New Zealand Couriers branches and front counters will be closed on Saturday and Monday (public holiday observed).
Please plan ahead for any time-sensitive or perishable freight, as delays may occur over this period.
Update Tuesday 21st April > Monday 20th April - Taranaki Service Delays
REMAINS CLOSED
Due to flooding and rockfalls, State Highway 3 connecting Hamilton and New Plymouth (between Mokau and Piopio) is currently closed.
This may delay services into/out of New Plymouth (and Taranaki).

Friday 6th March - Lower Hutt Depot remains closed for customer pick-up; drop-offs; cash sales
The storms in February resulted in considerable damage to our Lower Hutt premises. The reception area remains closed and will not be opened until all roofing iron is safely in place - this is still likely to be a few weeks away.
Our couriers are able to operate safely out of the depot area - courier pick-ups and deliveries resumed on 20 February.
If you do not have an account, but need to send an item (that a courier can pick-up from you)... please use our Send a Parcel service.
Monday 19th Jan - Slight delays into and out of Gisborne Region / Large slips in the Waioweka Gorge (SH2)
Large slips in the Waioweka Gorge (north of Gisborne) mean that inbound and outbound linehaul runs will need to be diverted (this may result in slight delays for courier items which would usually be moved via SH2 north of Gisborne).
It appears that it will be a number of weeks before this route is accessible.
