Nelson Anniversary Day - Observed Monday 2nd February 2026

Nelson Anniversary Day will be observed on Monday 2nd February.

Please be aware that standard deliveries will not be made in these areas on Monday 2nd February - this is particularly relevant for time sensitive or perishable items.

Thursday 22nd January - Heavy Rain and Flooding

With widespread heavy rain and flooding and a large number of road closures there will be pick-up and delivery delays in affected areas.

For updates on individual courier items, please click here for track and trace. If only a 'Pick-up' scan is showing, it is possible items are stuck in transit (and we will not be able to supply you with additional information).

The below links will provide you with specific information on your local area.

Our aim is to ensure parcels reach their destinations as safely and quickly as possible, however in the next 24 hours there may be areas that are unsafe for pick-up/delivery and linehaul connection

Auckland Anniversary Day - Observed Monday 26th January 2026

Monday 19th January - Slight delays into and out of Gisborne Region / Large slips in the Waioweka Gorge (SH2)

Large slips in the Waioweka Gorge (north of Gisborne) mean that inbound and outbound linehaul runs will need to be diverted (this may result in slight delays for courier items which would usually be moved via SH2 north of Gisborne).

It appears that it will be a number of weeks before this route is accessible.
