New South Wales and Queensland Flood Impacts
Flooding and extreme weather conditions across New South Wales and Queensland are impacting our ability to transport mail and parcels via our air and road networks, resulting in some delivery delays for both States.
Overview
- Heavy rain and flooding are disrupting services in impacted areas of New South Wales and Queensland.
- This may disrupt our agent's ability to deliver to merchants and consumers, and to make collections.
- We are making every effort to support customers where it is safe to do so.
- Our transport and deliveries agents are continually assessing flood impacts and we will make every effort to deliver and collect where it is safe to do so.
- The safety of people and customers remains our highest priority. Thank you for your support and understanding.
