Parcel Notifications are messages sent to the receiver of a parcel either by email or text to keep them updated at each step of the parcel journey.
Notifications are available for three parcel events:
- Pick up – when the courier collects the parcel – Email
- Out for delivery – when the parcel is out for delivery – Text or Email
- Delivery – when the parcel has been delivered – Text or Email
