Document express - When your papers need to go pronto 

We can deliver important documents in two business days to four key cities around the globe: Hong Kong, London, New York and Singapore. Ideal for important business communication as items are constantly monitored on their journey and it gets to these cities by 12pm in two days. 

International express - Get it over there (and bring it here) fast 

When speed is important, this is the service to use.  With this service packages will go door-to-door in business hours. Subject to customs clearance, packages can be delivered the next day to main centres in Australia. In the main centres throughout Asia, Europe and the USA deliveries take between 3-4 days.

Premium NOON Document Express (export) 

The 12 Noon Document Express Service is your ultimate guarantee of two-day delivery (by 12pm) to four key cities: Hong Kong, London, New York and Singapore. We will deliver within two business days* and your shipment will be constantly monitored.  

*If we don’t deliver on time, we will refund the additional cost. 

Priority Service (export and import)

A Priority Service can ensure your consignment receives priority handling throughout its journey and automatic confirmation of delivery. This service is available on all International Express and International Economy services for an additional cost and includes Enhanced Liability Cover up to $1,000. 

International economy - The tried and true standard 

When speed is less of a concern and you’re interested in a more cost-effective service, this is for you.  For this service too door-to-door delivery is possible during business hours, but it's important to note that the minimum chargeable weight for exports is 10kg.

Sending to Australia – we have just the service for you! 

ePost – Tracked

If you send regularly to Australia and the items you send are valued under NZD$1,000 then ePost Tracked could be the service for you. With a simple pricing structure, track and trace, and door-to-door delivery, we make sending easy and cost effective. Please note: Foodstuffs are not able to be sent via our tracked ePost.

Bringing goods into New Zealand from Overseas – options for ongoing or one-off service 

Regular routing order - Smooth importing 

A Routing Order is a simple way to organise your freight when you're receiving regularly from an overseas supplier. Once this order is completed, it gives your supplier permission to send items to you through your New Zealand Couriers' account. One-off receiver pays - You pay here, we pick up there 

For occasional or one-off imports, it doesn't always have to be the responsibility of the sender to ensure payment for the package. You can book to have your item picked up from an overseas address, delivered here to New Zealand and billed to your New Zealand Couriers account. This saves you the hassle of organising an international payment to the sender!
