1. Sign up for the Sender Portal

Note: You must be a current New Zealand Couriers customer to join the testing.

2. Confirming your User ID

You will shortly receive an email from New Zealand Couriers with a temporary password and username, which is the email ID you asked your Account Manager to sign up with.

Error: If your username is incorrect, please contact your Account manager to rectify it.

3. Signing in

After receiving your temporary password, please visit the Sender Portal webpage (click here) to complete the process. Enter your User ID and temporary password.

Warning: Your Temporary Password is only valid for 24 hours from when you receive your email; please get in touch with your Account manager if you cross the 24-hour threshold.

4. Setting up a strong password

From there, you’ll be asked to set a strong password to keep your account secure. 

When choosing a password, please enter a password with a minimum of one each of the following:

  • 8 characters
  • Upper-Case (capital letters)
  • Lower-Case
  • Number (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.)
  • Special character (Like: !@#$^%)

Passwords are the first defenders against unwanted access to your systems and confidential information. The stronger the password you choose, the more protected you will be from malicious hackers and malware.

You are now good to go!
