For this reason, we have made some changes to the way we operate in our branches.

Until further notice, in our branches:

You ARE able to:

  • drop-off an already ticketed item
  • pick-up an item that has been sent to that branch for your pick-up

You ARE NOT able to:

  • Walk-in to buy tickets for a parcel you want to send
