With many more businesses open in Level 3, freight volumes have risen significantly. Some delays could occur this week as we operate under COVID-19 restrictions, with physical distancing and some of our contact-less exchanges increasing the time it takes for us to move courier items.
Please package any perishables with slightly extended delivery times in mind.
Thank you for your patience.
Safe distances for contact-less pick-ups
It's extremely important that social distancing is maintained for pick-ups. The best way to do this is to have a safe area about 2m away from others for our drivers to pick up parcels without any contact. If our driver doesn’t feel that area is safely distanced, they won’t be able to complete the pick-up.
Sending hand sanitiser through our network?
You may not have realised hand sanitiser is classed as a Dangerous Good. Because of this, sending hand sanitiser through a courier network legally requires a certain process to be followed.
Getting access to locked premises
If you have a locked premise and still want to receive parcels, please make a clear and safely accessible delivery location available for our driver so they don’t have to knock and wait. Our drivers will not be able to phone you and wait for access to your premise.
New to sending parcels to home addresses with prepaid tickets?
You may not have realised that home deliveries require a Residential ticket. These can be purchased online here.
Have your invoices emailed instead of posted
Save time and hassle by getting your invoices emailed to you as soon as they’re created. Fill out a quick form and we’ll switch you over for the next invoice cycle.
